So does every other lesbian who doesn't want to touch a TIM. Does that mean they are conservative? Perhaps some of them, ideology comes in different shapes and sizes and everyone has a right to chose which ideology to partake in. However, equating TIMs with real woman and policing the language surrounding it and calling out and canceling anyone who disagrees with it is fascist at least.

This criticism is so mild (except for her blundering word "fascist") that it hardly moves the needle. I mean "conservative view" is not exactly biting, nor offensive. It sounds to me like she felt that it was expected of her to choose sides, and she somewhat reluctantly, and half on impulse, took the position that seemed to have more (visible) upvotes.

Not her too?! Jesus. I saw her on the Graham Norton show a couple of times and thought she was hilarious(ly outspoken). Oh well. Certainly isn't the first time I've been wrong and won't be the last either... So many celebrities spouting TWAW, having read (nor understood) a word of the actual TRA agenda. Like I said before, they have the privilege to do so. We'll see who has been on the "wrong side of history" in a couple of years.

Do you not feel you're being a bit dishonest? I know lots of people go around looking for recruits for their political ideology, GC included, but it feels uncomfortable seeing your posts here, even if you make good and relevant points, when it seems like you're not really being open about your agenda.

Isn't this deceptive? Even if you're posting on-topic stuff people are going to figure it out sooner or later. I think right now the alt-right is one of the only groups addressing important problems and anti-white stuff is a serious problem, including in GC... so why not just be open about it and post about it in the correct places? The GC people who want to are already exploring the rest of the site, wouldn't the respectful thing to do be to give them a respectful, open, well-articulated explanation of your position to find when they go looking for it?

I know this comes off as concern-troll-y but I'm uncomfortable because I feel complicit in some sort of deception when I don't say anything about it when I know that you're over here trying to convert people.

It's not my intention to be deceptive or to convert anyone. If it were I wouldn't have been open about it. I remember participating in GC on reddit, although shortly because other subs took my attention, so when GC was also banned by reddit I was surprised so I peaked and was intrigued by what everyone was writing and I also liked the atmosphere. I saw a lot of overlap between my positions here and my positions in relation to dar, which is why I asked them what they thought. I was kind of disappointed with the responses on dar to be honest. I've felted abused by TRAs and the likes on reddit so it felt good to read posts here on GC and feel validated in some ways. As for being "dishonest", you're never going to have any fruitful conversations with anyone if you unload everything at once, so it's more about meeting people where they are and reaching common ground.
GC is especially nice because its evidence-based, understands biology and actually cares about sources unlike TRAs.

My comments have been on-topic as you say and I'm not trying to hide anything. It's a common mistake to call TRAs fascists. Conservatives do that too. But it's because marxist elements of education has imprinted the idea that authoritarianism equals fascism into everyone. So when people see or experience communism in real life, they automatically think its fascism because that's what they've learned authoritarianism is. Which is kind of ironic because fascism literally fought communism and the translobby.

If you notice the thread where I asked about the karen meme, I asked, because I was trying to gauge the overlap and if this was a subreddit for me or not. The responses seemed to indicate that GC is a sub for me to participate in and this is why I asked what DARs opinions were of GC and their opinions kind of disappointed me, personally, but I don't have to agree with everything they say or what everyone in this sub says. You could say that those two threads moved me closer to GC than DAR because of the responses.

It makes sense that they would do research trips regardless of their views on transsexuality, as the institute was about sexuality in general. As said in your link, transsexuality was only one topic of many that the institute researched, they also advocated "sex education, contraception, the treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, and women's emancipation" along with pro LGB rights. You are using the destruction of the institute as some sort of evidence that fascism is ideal, when it can also be used as evidence that fascism is anti women's emancipation and anti LGB (which wouldn't make your ideology look appealing to all the feminists and lesbians on this sub).

Looking at LGBT history in the Soviet Union, which was established in 1922, it does not seem like transsexual activism was videly encouraged. From 1933 to until two years after the end of the Soviet Union, 1993, homosexuality (and presumably transsexuality together with it) was criminalized. You're also the one who brought up China during Mao, and I find no evidence Mao encouraged transsexuality. Homosexuality was criminalized under his era. If communism is the same as trans activism why wasn't Maoist China full of sex reassignment surgeries?

To be clear, I have nothing against homosexuality or men dressing like women, I just think they shouldn't deny biological reality or be encouraged to mutilate their bodies. That's really the view of the gendercritical community as a whole, this image is from the sidebar of the old sub:

Transgenderism is conservative. What you wear, what toys you like to play with dictates your sex. Just a flip of conservatives who think your sex dictates your gender role.
