I wonder if Rowling would ever consider writing a teen book about detransition. God knows, she's the only author with enough power and influence to get one published. There are no fictional books about girls transitioning and then detransitioning. It's scary how many teen books there are with female main characters who identify out of being female. They've exploded over the past couple of years. There are at least a dozen, maybe more.

Someone on actuallesbians suggested to stop reading the HP books, and read a fanfiction about HP being trans instead.

Seems like there are a lot of options:

Concerned when Hermione sleeps late, Harry decides to check on her and climbs the Gryffindor Girls' Stairs. This begins a journey of self-exploration and transition for Harry as she blossoms into her true self.

Harry always knew that there was something unique about him. In a way, the arrival of the Hogwarts acceptance letters was almost expected... except, why are they all addressed to 'Harriet Potter?

Peeves, though he was nasty about everything else--ickle firsties and orphan girls--got it immediately. For all six years of Harry's Hogwarts tenure, he dropped water balloons on the heads of anyone who misgendered her. Professor Binns never quite figured it out, but he didn't know any student's name. Nearly Headless Nick gallantly and somewhat awkwardly called her lady and tried to hold open doors for her, despite the fact that he couldn't open them. Snape called Harry "Mr. Potter" for all seven years that he was in Harry's life. Around year three, Ron stopped counting the detentions he got for his increasingly sarcastic responses to this.

Do you know that actuallesbians have a thread with ppl gloating about burning HP books and saying how problematic they are ? Apparently, those books are antisemitic, racist, and the fact that there are stairs for the girls' dorm and not for the boys' one is implying that only men rape girls, and that men on men, girl on girl and girl on men rapes can't exist

Weird because the Gryffindor Girls Dorm does not allow males to enter (Canon), and actually threw Ron and Harry down the staircase once.

But then again, when fan sites ignore Rowling wrote the book, what do you expect from TRA's?
