I recognized that ugly anime avatar immediately as one of the TRAs from the r/PCOS clusterfuck. This dude was telling the women there to address each other as ovary-havers, and when it was pointed out to him that not all of these women have their ovaries, he suggested that something like "hello, current and former ovary-havers" would be an appropriate greeting. When it was pointed out that this was dehumanizing, he countered that words like "ladies" and "women" were dehumanizing to trans people. Both here and on that thread, he claimed that the words "female" and "male" were effectively hate speech against trans persons. And he's been going around telling people to watch what they say, citing the Equality Act, which is not law, as though it's going to punish people for transphobic thought crime, which it wouldn't. I really cannot tell if these are real beliefs or if this is just a particularly dedicated troll, but most of the fellas on SRD aren't having it. (By contrast, at least one person on r/PCOS took him seriously, thanked him for the information and promised to educate herself. Sigh.)

SRD is the most libfem sub out there. Wow if you're peaking them....

The guy actually suggested that genital preferences is inherently transphobic, and that we are not attracted to sex organs, we are attracted to the outward performance of gender corresponding to biological sex. If you remind him that outward performance only is a construct because of the expectation of what lays in someone's pants, and that at the end of the day it is all about our sexual orientation, you are labelled a transphobe.

Some of the posters owned the TIM really well, and he then ran off into the sunset and said he had other things to discuss.

Well, that was disappointing. The consensus seems to be that it's a good thing that 'terf' forums were banned. It's pretty clear few of them know what they're talking about. When someone asks 'What was LGBDroptheT?', someone responds 'just transphobes'. There's also a huge push on that thread to ban r/detrans because apparently they're pushing anti-trans ideology. Oh, and r/truelesbians was bigoted, too. The ignorance is quite infuriating.

Any guesses as to how long these subs will last before they get nuked? The handmaiden/sycophant Reddit spies waste no time tattletale-ing all "wrong think" to the supermods on "AgainstHateSubreddits".
I thought it was funny how one transactivist called lesbians and gay men who don't accept transpeople are "transphobes". It's like they want to abolish the concept of consent. It's like they believe anyone who refuses to sleep with anyone else is a "bigot".

I read the comments. We don't say anything worse than that, why are they still allowed to post there. Lesbians don't like dick and they sound dumb as hell when they say women with prostate. One guy even joked that GAMP meant gay ass MF.

This is all just women hating bullshit. Women aren't allowed to say no to men. And when we point out how ridiculous they are when we do it, then we deserve to die or get raped.

Simple. GC was peaking too many people. Can't have rational discourse when you can just tell T*RF!!

Hmm, yep telling libfems that sexual orientation is gender based, is a bridge too far, but hey there's middle ground! Everything public is ok, just don't inconvience me in my bedroom.

God damn I hate how selfish & short sighted the main stream appears. No problem, I'm secure in public life, have at it.

And notice how the discussion is ended right there before anyone can take it to its logical conclusion? Psst: Laws are based on sex not gender. If homosexuality can no longer be a protected characteristic, neither can women as a class with that self referrential definition.

And not having checked the subs being banned or seen receipts of said hatred, some people are rather free with other people's rights.

Preaching to the choir, but damn it, make an informed decision!
