Why? They can’t get cervical cancer when no TIM has a cervix. Just gonna waste time and resources that should be for women to enhance their fantasy.

From the transman info part:

Words matter We recognize that many trans men and people on the trans masculine/ female-to-male (FtM) spectrum may feel ambivalent about or distanced from the terms cervix, vagina and uterus or prefer other terms, such as “front hole.” We use these terms, recognizing their limitations but acknowledging the need for simplicity. We are also attempting to normalize the reality that men can have these body parts too.

It's truly amazing how they believe words can change reality. That somehow saying 'vagina' is worse than... having one.

Why call it cervical cancer? Like sure, they can maybe get cancer in their neo vaginas, but it isn't cervical cancer, because spoiler alert, no male has a cervix. Like take care of yourself and test for cancer if you're at risk, but let's be honest about what kind of cancer it is. I really hope the majority of trans women aren't this level of delusional.. But I just don't know anymore, shit is crazy.

They don't actually call it cervical cancer. They say that the tissues used to create the neo-vagina or neo-cervix can develop cancer. They recommend that transwomen tell their doctor the full details of the surgery so that the doctor can monitor appropriately. It's a very carefully worded page.

I'm curious whether the neo-cervix is actually a thing. Neo-vaginas seem complicated enough for surgeons to do well. What would be the point of creating a neo-cervix?

I hate to be mean... but... really? Ugh. It looks my like stepdad in my grandma's jewelry.

Though Edit to add: I had no idea they were creating neo cervix's. That seems insane to me. What's the point? Maybe I'm confused about my anatomy, but I thought my cervix was the entrance to my uterus. I have a tilted cervix, and getting a pelvic has always been a horrible experience - not to be dramatic, but I feel sexually assaulted after I have one. They have to dig in there, and move stuff around, and pull the spreaders way down toward my anus to get a view of my cervix.. and it hurts, and I fucking hate it.

But I thought my cervix was the exit hole from my uterus.

What the hell cervical cancer in your neo cervix? First off didn't know that was a thing second a nevagina is not a vagina and calling it cervical cancer is misleading call it neo cervical cancer if you have to call it that at all, this is a mockery, penile cancer is highly curable it's very disappointing and insensitive that delusional males need to take on real life female struggles, imagine going to a support group t listen to a transwoman talk about the struggles of having a highly curable cancer while you're struggling to have children or worst debating yourself on whether or not to have a hysterectomy. Men's cancer is curable prostate and penile, women's cancer is understudied or just too complicated to cure so why the false alarm?
