Get GenderCritical Unbanned?

Is there a way to get GC unbanned like they did with Detrans? I mean if enough voices are heard maybe?

Why though? It's been banned once. They can ban it again. Better to learn our lesson and bin Reddit.

Besides, I doubt it could ever be reinstated. Detrans was the somewhat odd one of the bunch that got banned (since it was mostly full of trans people..)

It's time to move on to a new space. GC was not a "mistake" ban like they will claim with detrans. It would be nice to have it back, but it's been made very clear they would ban us at the slightest perceived transgression. They just banned ActualWomen- no way they bring back the much less polite women of GC

I don't think we can trust reddit again. I delete my account the day of the first wave of bans. Reddit is finished as far as I'm concerned. I think they will keep going with the bans until only woke subs and porn is allowed. Reddit has sealed its fate as the next my space.

If it does, so many will feel forced into or back to lurking. With as much as you have to police your language there on the platform, it's barely worth it to post or ask questions. This has been absolutely freeing. I feel more like myself after years with being able to talk to others here, even if we disagree or agree. There's something about feeling forced to be quiet that neuters my will to talk with others, and I don't know if others feel the same but I know I've seen a lot of people here posting that said they only lurked GC before. I'm happy that they feel like they can finally share their opinions too.

they only unbanned detrans because of the backlash and because they would not be able to justify lumping it with 'hateful subs' because it never had anything hateful there

Doubt it. Tbh I think leaving reddit entirely is for the best. They’ve made it really clear that misogyny is encouraged and porn is king.

No. The power mod has a vendetta against GC as people criticized her/his/it’s idolized Contrapoints.
