Detrans hits the hardest. I feel so bad for them. And GCDebatesQT wasn't even strictly GC.

Open dialog is like kryptonite to these narcissistic science deniers because they know inside that they are really men.

I agree about detrans. Even if they hated GC, at least they should feel sympathy for the people also suffering from dysphoria but just have different opinions like trying to accept the body the way it is. It really shows their priorities. What's the point of bringing back detrans if they can't question standard ideology and well detrans?

The trans activists want detransitioners to use their "approved" board, so they are directing them there, instead of r/detrans. It's all about controlling the narrative.

Banning GCdebatesQT feels especially wrong. Weren't there a fair amount of contributors that were on the 'QT' side there? Are we just not even going to pretend that we want to try to understand and debate others now?

I guess we're now all just considered so delusional that there is no point of talking to us...

Our debate sub had people from both sides and neither side. I've pretty much given up on Reddit. The only thing I'm staying for is (lurking) r/detrans and posting the occasional article on r/antikink and other porn critical subs. It probably won't be long until they're gone, too. People can talk all they want about beating and choking women, and there's no recourse for us to fight back.

I was just reading in actualwomen as it was banned....thankfully I'd bookmarked this site so I could join. It just sucks for all ones that don't know where to go for support and a community!! I'm new to this thanks to frustration on the PCOS sub. I'm sure they'll come for Endo too. The whole thing is so frustrating. When I'm in pain and long for support the last thing I need is to be corrected on my language. :(

Lol, look at these people fake concerning about the detrans group after getting them banned. Hate speech is any speech that doesn't agree with trans ideology now. Especially this gem of a comment that says any view not theirs is hate speech and transphobia, dissenting people are just in the hive mind and misinformed, "nobody is trying to silence detransitioners. It's just like that conversation I saw after reddit banned gc where people were like now that we've vanquished that monster, let's address the problems in our community. You really think an echo chamber's going to have the impetus to change? lolz.

Edit: looks like they may have banned the porn subs as well, probably wasn't a good look driving women off Reddit but keeping those up, really shows their true colors

Agreed with that edit. I'm pretty sure they banned some of the porn subs to make it seem "fair" only they banned most of the feminist subs and left 100's of porn ones.

How do you take revenge on reddit? I'm thinking of making a twitter account that does nothing but post pics of the offensive material they host (blurred to get around sensitive media policy) and links to filing complaints. If they can kill our groups, we'll go after their beloved porn subs until they have to defend them publically.

Is there any legal way of doing this? Reddit engages in open and explicit sex discrimination. I don't know enough about US laws to tell if that could be the basis of suing them.

Unfortunately it's their playground and they make the rules. No legal recourse. But they're pushing so many people out now, and the shitty platform is so male dominated, other sites like this one will likely become bigger as people look for places to go without having to suffer brain rot.

Reddit really wants nothing to distract from it's central mission of porn, and grooming and sexualizing of kids. I think it will make a boycott easier to justify. The loss of add revenue is hitting facebook, it would have to have a similar effect on Reddit which I think is smaller.

I saw this coming but it still stings. I hope the guys are able to regroup here or at their own sub for now. They were so welcoming to us after the first ban wave.
