What did they ban r/detrans? But that was such a good place for questioning young people to work out what they wanted! It wasn't GC really and did not oppose transition!!

I wonder what they are going to do with their free time when all pro-women/GC groups and people have been silenced on mainstream social media. Besides brigade us wherever we have been chased off to, while claiming reading our thoughts is literal violence and murder. Someone tell them that self-harming is a 'them' issue that needs to be addressed with therapy.

Yep, i have myself. They are cannibalizing at a steady rate which is amusing since reddit's stance has always been a middle finger at being made to be "Politically Correct" - or that's their response as to why all the misogyny and child rape subs were allowed. Even the men who hate women are questioning whether they hate SJWs and anti-free speech more (and when the hoard will come for them).

I hope that is true. But when I looked at several porn subreddits I noticed that they have giant numbers of members, in hundreds of thousands. The men who use those are not going to leave Reddit, and women are a minority on Reddit. How small a minority I don't know, but my guess is that if all vulva women left Reddit would still be a behemoth.

I think it's really hard to say how many women there are. People usually assumed I was a dude since I would talk about my job (construction). It was kind of shocking having my opinions respected on non feminist subs.

I don't believe in an "accident" for a second. They mus have gotten massive backlash from more people than just the "gender critical" core users.

Assholes. And for the first time their accusation of "hate" is justified in my case. I truely do hate people willing to throw children in a meatgrinder to advance their political agenda. And I'm not apologizing for it.

I honestly think they thought they could get away with it and backed down like the cowards they are when they realized what a backlash that started to create in just a few minutes. Of course they would never admit that. They really showed their true face there. The sheer gall...

This indiscriminate banning seems to show something about how they operate. "Oops didn't mean to", well how did it get on the list in the first place?

Because it doesn't fit their ideology's narrative. Last week on AHS they were making lists an every sub that was banned in this second wave was there, including detrans. But they weren't expecting backlash from their own now. And they reversed it because how would they spin it as "part of the subs hating women and spewing transphobia by terfs"

I was in a sub that was monitoring the potential banning’s, before I deleted Reddit the day that it died for me. Someone had posted a reference to something the TRA cult uses, called masstagger. They were alerting to a potential ban sub with less than 3k members but was GC so they were going to alert the gang.

If you want to gaslight confused teenagers you don't want a subreddit around, that will create some nuance or actually tell another story than that of the main narrative, so of course they'd lobby to ban that subreddit.

Detrans has been restored- theres a variety of views in that sub including on GC concepts, but it was also a target for the openly brigading trans subs (whose threads are still up and I assume sub mod endorsed!) search for the 🦀 crab emoticon in any T or AHS style reddit and you’ll find the brigaders openly targeting all of today’s bans I bet.

Even though the lack of protocol is infuriating, I'm glad they have their space back.
