I don't know for sure, but maybe: 1. men don't care because females don't sexually assault and harass them, don't beat them at sports, don't talk over them and shout them down when they talk about the lived realities of their sex, etc. 2. TRAs don't care because they're more concerned about invading female spaces 3. feminists don't care because they don't think it's their job to decide whether men want females in their spaces 4. trans men don't make a fuss because they're not socialised to feel entitled to men's stuff, or to flip out when men say no to them.

It happens in gay male bars a lot. Mostly with het females who decided gay men were really cool as an anime object.

They go up there and are generally shunned or treated as a fetish object to f once.

In a lot of cases, transmen continue to seek out and hang around in women's spaces. Because they know they're not safe in men's spaces. 'Trans' really is just a way of saying not-like-the-other-girls.

https://www.gaystarnews.com/article/trans-man-sauna/ It has happened before (Sailors Sauna, a gay & bisexual men's space). And the sauna apologized after complaints too, saying they would allow TiFs to access the space.

IMO trans men, if they use the mens bathroom and such, will probably keep to themselves and try not to be noticeable. It only puts themselves in danger if someone suspects she's really a female- and I think they realize they're at a disadvantage, even after testosterone starts to change her body. Plus I think TIFs can pass slightly better than TIMs can. I've seen some pics of TIFs that I would definitely NOT be able to tell. As long as she's not walking around the locker room naked she might be able to blend in and "act natural." So why would a man complain as long as she's being discreet, keeping to herself and not acting like a creep? Which is probably what most women would act like tbh, cuz that's how we're raised.

I can answer that one. Because men don’t care if women see them naked. And some may be titillated by it. (creepy but true) And they’re certainly not afraid of being assaulted.

There’s a really old joke about a report coming in over a cop radio: “Car 54, report to Maple and Vine, woman running down the sidewalk naked.... all other cars, REMAIN ON YOUR BEAT” It’s funny (or not) because it’s true. It wouldn’t work the other way.

(I’m a guy posting here, something I never did back on the old site, and I really intend not to post again, but I thought this question could use a male opinion.)

There are also (typically) greater legal and institutional barriers keeping transmen out of male space, at least when it really counts.

Laws typically let transwomen keep male advantages while gaining women's compensatory advantages, but not vice versa. Sometimes the law tries for structural equality, but not equality of outcome - for example, most if not all EU countries have carve-outs so that transmen cannot demand to be treated as male when it comes to religious orders and roles. In theory, this can be equal - no transmen in a monastery, no transwomen in a convent - but what major religion assigns powerful positions to women? In practice, it means transmen (and women) can't be priests, bishops, pope, orthodox rabbis, imams, etc. - but legally, transwomen still can.

There's also primogeniture - where there are systems that grant inheritance rights based on sex and age rather than just age, transmen don't take their place in the inheritance order for titles or lands or money, and transwomen don't lose theirs.

In the UK, there have been complaints since the nineties - which I've rarely seen talked about openly and never covered in the press - that any transwoman with a "Gender Recognition Certificate" can be assigned to a woman's prison, but transmen with GRCs are not even considered for the male estate unless they have had phalloplasty.
