Hold on a minute. How can someone be allowed to use 'persons who menstruate' but not be allowed to use 'menstrual cycle'. Should it not be 'persons who uterine bleed'?

Also, what if you neither uterine bleed nor produce sperm - what are you then?

That's hilarious, when you put it all together it doesn't make any sense. It sounds like you're talking about someone hemorrhaging.
