Are pretty much 50% misogynistic right wing incels and 50% woke "feminist" leftists. Wonder if they'll realize now that they're basically the same. Probably not, because that would require self-awareness.

I find it darkly amusing that the censorship machine has banished both communities to the same alternative site, and I feel like a rare bird, to be part of each. There is definitely an overlap of common interests and enemies, though it depends on the strain of conservatism. You'll find some who refuse whole hog idiot-tier wokeness and object to neo-liberal cultural domination, while fully accepting biological realities and women's rights.

Yeah it's funny. Imagine a site that consists of all the communities banned from reddit. What a company that would have been! The_Donald, incels, conservatives, feminists, ultra-left wing (like that Chappo subreddit? although I heard that was a martyr for an excuse to ban TD). I never thought a day would come when I'd feel kinship with all those groups, but now I do. IMO unless a group promotes violence, they shouldn't be banned.

Likewise, kinship through hardship. Unlikely allies are created when we're all subject to the same hostile forces. Who's the real enemy? The one that would silence our ideas. I'm happy to share a platform and actually discuss points of difference instead of wasting words in a dull, uncontroversial echo chamber, which is what Reddit's become. Chapo may have been a sacrificial lamb to deflect accusations of political bias, but even so, it shows how little regard Reddit actually had for that community, and their members should take note - no one's safe, it's a slippery slope once censorship begins.

After finding GC months ago, and watching Fall of the Cabal on Bitchute the other day, the liberal bias was exposed for me. I've never been conservative, I think they're one party posing as two, but I didn't realize how nefarious the left was, too.

Well, for one, conservatives are usually gender critical. They also seem more reasonable when it comes to other leftist craziness - for instance the BLM stuff (talking about non-racist conservatives obviously) - those who don't support violent protests, looting, but admit race discrimination exists. However if you mention it on left-leaning subs, you're the bad racist guy.

Most conservatives aren't critical of gender at all, they believe in gender and think it's innate for women to be feminine and men to be masculine.

I think you'd find many more conservatives who say "girls can become anything they want" before you find one who says "girls can become boys" though.

But trans and gender ideology are different. The conservatives still believe gender is innate and gender roles are good. They just don't think we can change clothing and change roles.

My favorite celebratory posts are the ones that have a list of all the banned subs but only comment on GC. Not celebrating any of the other subs, just losing shit over ~horrible women~ being gone.

All their arguments revolve around:

“It’s science” (but without ever backing it up, like an anti-vaxxer. Or with some “testimonial” that consists of a YouTube video, or selective, poorly-performed studies sponsored by the gender clinics themselves. Again...like anti-vaxxers.)

“It’s not your life! Just let people do what they want! It doesn’t affect you!” (So it doesn’t affect me when I have to share my private changing areas and restrooms with a person of the opposite sex on the sole basis of that person making a claim that they “feel like” they’re my sex - a claim which I am not under any circumstances allowed to question, it doesn’t affect me when someone offers a plethora of gender labels to me - “boifemme? Gender-fluid? Bi-gender? Non-binary?” - because I loathe wearing skirts and heels and know how to service a washing machine, and it doesn’t affect anyone, really, when children are told that they need life-altering surgery and hormones because one is a boy who plays with dolls and another is a girl who doesn’t?)

“You’re just closed-minded!” (Am I? Really? Because my POV is that men can’t be women and vice-versa, but that men can wear dresses and bake cookies and women can shave their heads and lead armies, and it doesn’t mean that “deep down, they must be the opposite sex, because there’s no way a man or a woman would break out of their gender role mold”. But I’m the anti-progressive one. Right. - Oooooooh, but you’re trying to guilt-trip me into dating people I have no interest in, saying that I’m “closed-minded” because I’m a “genital fetishist”. Again, I thought this didn’t affect me?
