I prefer to be weary of everyone, personally, because I don't like to discriminate.

Despite my words above, I am not that extremist in my thoughts or actions (and the tweet reads as sarcastic to me, anyway, thus my sarcastic dialogue).

If you act a certain way, you act a certain way. There should be no shame in automatically feeling fearful (or sad, angry, etc.). Sometimes, extreme emotions don't act on logic, and it takes time later to process them. This deals with experiences growing up, socialization, etc.
