I am playing Wasteland 2 lately and it is quite simply a delight.
I also picked up No Man's Sky recently and it looks dope, but I'll finish Wasteland 2 before having enough time to indulge in that one fully.
And the grinder of all grinders: Heroes & Generals is another game I play a lot of.

No Man's Sky is a fun game, Horrux! I thoroughly enjoyed it after it got updated and had more content brought in, and that was many months ago. It is probably more filled-out, so to speak, now that they have had more time to update the game with more content. Last time I played, I was able to build an on-planet base that could serve as a space-elevator, and I was able to build an underwater base where I could land my ship where it looked like it was landing on the waters surface.
It was fun while it lasted, but I warn you now: it is grindy as hell, and you can definitely break the economy buying and selling cobalt.
