The NPC that sells upgrades that doesn't use the normal currency in the game but has to have their own currency that only this one NPC uses in the game.

it's a personal currency hahah reminds me of "epic NPC man" from the "viva la dirt league" youtube channel. if you've never heard of it, check it out. it's really funny!
