If I was on a plane, and a Hasidic man sitting next to me is claiming it's immodest and against his religion to sit next to a woman and insists I switch seats, am I obligated to switch seats. Would I be wrong for refusing to switch seats? Would the airline be wrong for refusing to accommodate him?

Are you really trying to compare religious requirements with shrugging off womens wants and needs as being overly modest?

You brought up modesty. I am saying "modesty" is subjective. Everyone wants privacy, men women and enbies alike. That is exactly why I propose enclosed stalls. As long as no one is peaking into your stall, you have all the privacy in the world you can ask for.

You'd have all the privacy in the world, as long no male has put a hidden camera to record you in order to getting off later and upload the videos to the many porn websites that exist.

Women can do that too.

Find me one news report where a woman has places a hidden camera in the men's room. I can't find any.

They can, but it's unlikely a hidden camera in a restrooms was placed by a woman. Sex offenses are overwheling done by males.
