That’s not a meltdown. You are in a position of authority in charge of enforcing the rules and openly ignored and decried them. So I raised the concern to the group. In what way is that a “meltdown” and not simply the logical response to an abuse of power?

Thank you for making me laugh! Imagine to call refering someone's sex an abuse of power! You guys are truly to used to get all your demands met that can't handle when someone refuse to play along with you. That is the only reason that rule was in place. QT don't have a problem in calling us "cis" (despite we don't like it) or a hate group, so why GC the only side that has to play nice?

You are in a position of authority tasked with enforcing the rules. Instead you mocked and flouted them. That is clearly and obviously you abusing your authority.

The rules also bar cis, meaning I make a point to say “natal” here instead of cis even though it is entirely foreign and isn’t used anywhere else. Because it’s a matter of respecting the rules of the space.

The hope is to maintain some level of civil discourse which is lost when you start hurling insults at people.

Also, the word man is not an insult. It's you who interpret it that way because of your self-hate.

I disagree. I don’t think cis is an insult (in fact it’s objectively better to be) but I don’t call you that because you object. But apparently you aren’t willing to engage in even that minimal civility.

When What you are talking about is people with vaginas (again not a true synonym to “women”) then correct. It’s more succinct than listing the component groups and accurate. How is it dehumanizing? Sure people with vaginas would be better I suppose.
