You’ve already acknowledged that consent to sex is not consent to all types of sex. You said this, you offered this, I didn’t ask you if you thought that.

So you acting like it’s okay for trans people to not disclose when they know it could be a deal breaker is you admitting that your desire for sex matters more than someone’s ability to consent to that sex.

Maybe you think rape is only rape when it’s forceful or violent. That’s not true.

If you deny someone the ability to offer informed consent, you have stolen someone’s agency from them because you wanted to get off. If that’s not rape, it is still wrong, it’s still a violation. It’s still fucking disgusting and the fact that you have never actually explained why and how it’s not but still continue to insist that it’s okay for trans people to not disclose is honestly incredibly scary.

Go ahead and tell me you think I’m scary too- I’m not the one advocating raping people because you don’t want to be honest or limit your dating pool to people who actually want to date you. You are. So even if we’re both scary, only one of us supports sexual violation and it’s not me.

That’s the thing- limited though the number may be, there are actually people open to dating trans people. So there’s no justification for not finding those people and instead raping people who wouldn’t want to be with you if they knew the truth, or raping people because you couldn’t be bothered to find out that they are actually open to being with you.
