GC: What are the differences between neovagina and vagina, neopenis and penis?

If what makes something a vagina or a penis is functionality, then does that mean the penis of a male who has never slept with a woman and can not produce sperm is not a penis? Or the vagina of a female who has never slept with a man and can not release eggs is not a vagina? If it's still a penis or a vagina respectively, despite not functioning like it evolved to, why is a neopenis not a penis, or a neovagina not a vagina, despite not functioning?

I want to know your thoughts on Texas state lawmaker James Talarico case. I didn't mean penises produce sperm and vaginas produce egg. I meant the male produces sperm and the female produces egg. I think the way I worded it led to misunderstandings ...

What I mean by this is how come when a male can not produce sperm, and can not ejaculate, which means the testes and penis don't function properly, they are still testes and penis, but a neopenis is not a penis despite not functioning?

So let me ask you some questions using your own "logic": since some people have eyes that are blind, how come glass eyes aren't real eyes? Since some people have legs that are paralyzed and also insensate due to nerve damage, why are wooden legs not real limbs? Since women don't lactate all their lives, and some women never lactate at all, then why is a factory-made silicone sac of gel or saline solution called a "breast implant" actually not a breast? Neo genitalia are a surgical facsimile, the difference is one set performs a biological function and the other set is made to look like something else. There's no mystical secret here. Male and female genitalia have more than one purpose, and even if they aren't performing that purpose properly they still have a network of biological functions behind the scenes that surgical approximations don't create.

Ok, first of all, what has virginity to do with what sex someone is? Second, we already explained to you several times what sex is, etcetera. The answers won't change not matter how many times you ask us about this. Third, if you have the stomach, I suggest you research how "neovaginas" and "neopenises" are made and see for yourself how they compare with actual vaginas and penises.
