Rewatching Hannibal, reading uzumaki and planning on stitching the infamous rolling eye page onto this boiler suit I found.

Add it to the endless pile of work-in-progress hoops I guess, lol.

Dog2 has been diagnosed with eczema, partner with psoriasis. They are both itchy and miserable. I’ve been in some sort of fever dream for a fortnight. I’m sort of mad cause I was booked in for my flu shot last week and had to cancel because I had the damn flu. Would still babysit nephew1 again, viruses be damned. He’s hilarious.

Hannibal is sooo good, I just rewatched it a couple months ago. Will and Hannibal are the best worst kind of relationship goals 😂

I had to look up Uzumaki and tried to find the artwork you were referring to, and if it's right then your creation is going to look sooo flippin' cool when it's done! 😍

Ugh, I hope you're feeling better from last week now at least, that's a bummer and pain about the flu shot. Is that for COVID-19? Hopefully you can get in again sooner and not wait long. I'm sorry to hear your doggo and partner are miserable, those seem like really awful conditions from what I understand, like painfully itchy. Is there good treatment that can help them?

Was meant to be just a regular flu shot, luckily I’m still ok to get the vaccine once it’s rolled out. It’s sucked being sick but how lucky to not have gotten COVID instead!? Gotta find bright sides and that’s a big one tbh.

Ugh, I love healthy loving relationships on tv but my second favourite is whatever the hell will and Hannibal have going on.

Hope the uzumaki page comes out ok. Gonna have to order a few skeins of black thread for it. Seen some other crafters completed pieces of the same image and just lost my shit. Still remember reading the manga for the first time and turning the page to the eyeball rolling and have never been able to get over junji ito since. The man is a nightmare wizard.

The boys are a bit miserable but they’ve both got some ointments and dog2 has responded marvellously to his cortisone shot.
Was nice at the vets, apparently the dogs are very sprightly for being fuckin ancient. Dog1 is 13 this year and dog2 is 10. Still gotta stop them chasing cows and ducks haha. Best part is that dog1 is not going deaf like we thought, she’s just rude and ignores us and likes to bark. She heard a packet of liver treats fall onto the floor and gave herself away lmao.

I'm finally finishing season 10 of The Walking Dead this week. Netflix (USA) only has seasons 1-9... so I've been using an app called BeeTV to stream season 10. We have cable, but our provider must not have a good deal with AMC because the episodes aren't available On Demand. 😠

I'll have to look into BeeTV, I've never heard of that (I don't have cable or anything either). I've never been into zombies or those kinds of films or shows, but I've heard such good things about The Walking Dead that I've been curious to watch it. Is the story like a lot more than just zombies killing people? So many people like that show I figure there just has to be more to it than just gore (or I'd think anyways!)

Well, my friend lent me several books so I lost all semblence of a healthy sleep schedule because I think I might have a problem. My husband broke the a.c. window unit thing trying to install it by himself while I was asleep, so now it's hot as hell in the bedroom until our replacement one arrives, further killing my sleep. It's okay I don't think it's very important to have anyways.

Saw a new doctor, trying out lexapro, probably won't open this for a few weeks when I start since I've heard some pretty wild horror stories of people starting it for the first time.

Boring otherwise. Looking into getting a dog. Miss having a dog around....

Good luck with the lexapro. Starting new meds can be awful or amazing. Hope you adjust/react well to it.

Thanks!

Well if one has to lose sleep over something, good books seem like a healthier option than others! What have you liked the most so far? I'm sorry for the heat though, that makes sleep all the more difficult--I don't have AC where I live and it's stinkin' hot here, so I totally feel for you there.

I hope the new medication helps! That's never very fun to start, especially SSRIs. I take a different kind of antidepressant now, but like Zoloft and Effexor gave me the weirdest nausea and zaps right before I would sneeze, so weird. Fingers crossed for you!🤞

What kind of dog are you thinking of getting? I'd love to get another King Charles spaniel like my parents' had if I was allowed to have pets in my apartment!

She dumped her entire Brandon Sanderson collection on me. I'd only read a few beforehand but I'm really into these stormlight books. And they're reallll chunky so I can do the super healthy move where I tell myself I can afford to give up 30 minutes of sleep time and then suddenly it's 2 hours later and I've still barely made a dent.

My husband and I have been looking into tibetan mastiff rescue. Really just any big dog though is my dream. Big dogs are great. My parents had a st Bernard when I was younger, she was a giant fuzzball of lazy love.

This week has been a dream come true. I'm so deeply in love with the man of my dreams and he's in love with me, so I feel like I'm living in a fairy tale now. It's surreal and almost a bit overwhelming, but in the best way. I'm beyond giddy. He's my prince come to save me 😊 He just asked me to help with his startup company and offered me a fabulous job to create and oversee the administrative part of his company. Even though we've known each other for a while, he still doesn't know I'm trans but I'm holding out hope that we will be together no matter what. So many other wild things have happened this week I could go on, but everything pales to this. I won't go on though, TMI for sure, I just love him so much!!
