It was a mistake for Poland to join in the attack on Belarus. Now Belarus has a moral right to retaliate in any way they choose. Did Poland really see enough profit to make it worth it?

But aside from Poland reaping the consequences of their actions, those soldiers should be shooting anyone who messes with the fence in any way.

In any event, Belarus will do Russia's bidding, which in this case is to piss off any EU country, while also destroying its own democracy and what basic human rights it had before the dictatorship. For over 1000 years Poles have dealt with the hostile Rus' (though both have Slavic origins). This is no different.
