Activists in Bulgaria have criticised a ruling of the Constitutional Court, which said the word “gender” can only indicate biological sex, and that ratification of the human rights treaty against domestic violence, known as the Istanbul Convention, would be anti-constitutional.

Funny thing is, 'genders' in Slovakia are still insisting there's absolutelly nothing about LGBTs in Istanbul Convention and it's entirelly about not beating your women.
