I think it's more like people can't meet a suitable partner, or they settle for someone not as attractive, so don't want to have kids with them, but they would if they could.

i think it's just a sub on reddit, if that qualifies to be a movement I guess it is. People often get pressured to have kids by parents or other people and go to that sub to talk about it. I always sense bitterness in the posts there. I too don't have kids tho not by choice but that is why I went to that sub to scope it out.
