The cost of living is indeed low and wages are not bad.

Welp, depends on your profession... the rent and property prices are high compared to the average salary.

A culture that encourages planning ahead and fiscal responsibility, though debt is growing.

Like 10 % of all people are in debt, so not sure about that.

I think the fearful opposition to multi-culturalism deprives the country in a lot of ways of variety and charm
