It's hard to get new dot win subs made.

I've always wondered why this is. Any insight?

Don't actually know, but suspect it's some kind of "power retention" policy, which isn't that unjustified in todays online environment.

Have only used the site since January or so, and have just seen a few "banned from reddit" groups posting about the difficulty of getting their own "home sub" made.
