Meanwhile British supermarkets are giving away traditional winter veg for 19p.

Maybe eat seasonally.

-Shred it and roast it...it's like brussel sprouts but with more surface area so more flavor

-Use the leaves instead of lettuce on burgers

-Shred/dice and use as the base for any Asian/Mexican salad

Red cabbage looks cooler than the green one so I usually fry those. But yeah it needs to be spiced up
