What kind of fish is it? And just a pinch of saffron in the rice? My wife enjoys looking at your creations. I see, the cheese gives the rice color.

The fish is tilapia and there's no saffron in the rice, but that sounds interesting. I'm glad whenever people appreciate my cooking, although this is my mom's, thanks!
