If this alternative source of protein is being pushed under the guise of reducing CO2 in the atmosphere, I am not convinced that it would even achieve that, even if that were something we would want.

If we looked at the process for growing this awful-sounding tissue, I suspect we would find CO2 is still produced. It would be interesting to see the chemistry involved.

Climate change is not due to CO2 anyway. If you want to know about a more powerful greenhouse gas..... Look at H20.
