Lying pieces of shit. It is sugar and refined grains which cause you to be constantly hungry. A high fat diet will leave you satiated with less calories, for a much longer time.

Some people (who aren't dealing with any type medical eating/food/glandular disorder issues) will seemingly find any excuse to not accept that it's (usually) their own fault via lack of will power & determination to remain dedicated to any decision(s) they make concerning a sensible diet of healthy food, eating habits, weight loss & physical exercise.
