I don't use a recipe, it's more of a method. I broiled the broccoli in the oven for about 10 minutes, usually it gets a nice bit of char (didn't this time, oven rack was probably too low) but it's still crisp. The cheese sauce is really easy, it's just 1/2 tsp of sodium citrate with about a 1/4 c of milk and you dissolve a 1/2c to a cup of shredded cheese heated slowly on medium (low on gas stoves). You can add more milk to thin it out if desired, but thickening it takes a lot of cheese and thinning it only takes a little bit of milk.
