Nice Zapped. I think my kids would love this one, they never seem to get tired of mac and cheese.

I like the baked mac-n-cheeses. My son had 3 bowls, if that tells you how good it is. My wife even ate hers without ketchup. She puts ketchup on everything. The panko and Parmesan add a different texture, so if you like strictly creamy, then don't use them, or as much.
