Interesting. I personally love tofu, but of course have just had the normal stuff you can get in the states. I'd love to try all those Chinese ones.

Isn't the U.S. a net exporter of soybeans? Wouldn't it be kinda weird to specify the ethnicity of the person you are looking to start a company with in your grant proposal?
