This is true. Back then I used to hit the gym frequently but I never controlled my food intake because I thought the exercise would've made up for it. In fact, I actually are more and didn't lose any weight, so I stopped exercising.

But recently I tried to re-evaluate my calories in and out, and realized that I'm eating way too much. I started cutting my food intake down and stopped snacking altogether, and within weeks I've already lost more weight than the entire year when I went to the gym.

I plan to hit the gym again soon, and this time also controlling my food intake too. This time around I'm sure it'll work.

For sure gonna work this time. It's all about that balance! You got this.

Good luck!

Take it easy on yourself, always. Ease into that stuff. I feel it should be an act of meditation and peace as well as exercise. Probably why I can't workout in public in gyms and stuff. I make do with limited equipment in a peaceful space.
