Hmmm, I know that name from somewhere... Lee Holden... thinking face while watches video (and NOT the "good" kind of "knowing" - I've heard his name in relation to conspiracy stuff, just can't remember what...)

Edit: ahhh yes, his relationship with the Esalin institute... (will edit post a third time, when I find what I'm looking for in regards to it)

Edit 2: still looks like a worthwhile workout routine, despite any misgivings about his side interests.

Take it easy on yourself, always. Ease into that stuff. I feel it should be an act of meditation and peace as well as exercise. Probably why I can't workout in public in gyms and stuff. I make do with limited equipment in a peaceful space.

This is true. Back then I used to hit the gym frequently but I never controlled my food intake because I thought the exercise would've made up for it. In fact, I actually are more and didn't lose any weight, so I stopped exercising.

But recently I tried to re-evaluate my calories in and out, and realized that I'm eating way too much. I started cutting my food intake down and stopped snacking altogether, and within weeks I've already lost more weight than the entire year when I went to the gym.

I plan to hit the gym again soon, and this time also controlling my food intake too. This time around I'm sure it'll work.

Interesting that the dude admits he has adverse reactions to red 40, but doesn't seem to be too concerned about aspartame. There's probably an equally high number of studies showing both are as safe as can be.

I doubt it would make much difference to your joint health as long as you warm up correctly before hand, and do the movement correctly

Wow that's fascinating. Going fast probably breaks more muscle fibers and increases the effective resistance resulting in bigger gains? I'd never heard this advice for lifting before. It's probably bad for your joints though to jerk like that, right?

Something I had never thought about before, very interesting. I'm surprised at how recent a lot of it is! I guess that's all that's left recorded about it though
