Fascism Question: Was Subhas Chandra Bose a fascist?

I watched a video on Zoltanous's channel. I am unsure about what exactly Subhas Chandra Bose believed in. Did he want a combination of fascism and communism? That is what the video said. I understood that he admired NatSoc Germany and the USSR.

So he isn't a fascist because he wants to make a special ideology combining fascism and communism?
