I love foxes too, but my favorite wild animal would be badgers or otters. I found this wildlife artist on youtube who also videos and rehabilitates/releases wildlife. He has one video of a badger and fox playing together! I tried really hard to find it, but I couldn't. Here is a video of just the badgers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lzIbERjhwI&list=PLx09JDaWUEFOgYlfhpEFgGwWd62qNelcY&index=6

I check his page pretty often. If I find it again, I will post it here!

My first experience with foxes was being woken at 2am to what sounded like a woman being murdered in my yard. I knew it had to be an animal and I found it through internet searches. Another time I was watching television around 8pm and thought I heard the neighbor across the road arguing in her yard with someone. I followed the sound to my backyard and found about a dozen foxes having a get-together. One was about 15 feet up a tree. They ignored me for about 5 minutes and then they all left in different directions. We'll often hear kits in the Spring and barking from wandering foxes throughout the summer, usually around dusk. It's mainly Gray Foxes but we do have Red Foxes, too. If you see a Red Fox around here during the day, there's a fair chance it has rabies.
