SMH as I regularly see university ads openly calling for race and gender quotas in the hard sciences instead of looking for, y'know, whomever would be best at the job.

(For the record while I don't agree with racially motivated hiring decisions. I would prefer if the racists were legally allowed to state as such in their job adds so I didn't have to waste my time dealing with their shit only to get denied and then having to guess if they were racist or not or if there is actually some thing I could have done better. )
