He doesn't know where to put the money, EU is paying him for his oil and gas, I suppose.

So he wages war.

Completion of the Armenian genocide is an official dogma of the Azerbaijan regime (in accordance to similar dogma by Turkish state). One only has to read about the case of the Azeri murderer Ramil Safarov.

It's really disturbing that such policies have been tolerated for too long by the West.
