Member the truck that slooowly "ran over" a bunch of people in Nice, France a couple years back? All the "corpses" were blurred out by some antique phone camera, etc.

On the same night as that drill in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT part of the country, there was a garbage truck or something parked perfectly upwind to make sure the "Eiffel Tower is shrouded by smoke" - which they also pushed for the news without context.
