This has always been a massive problem in Scandinavian countries because they always want to seem civilised and progressive and paedos can easily manipulate that.

Literally half of scandi noir dramas have unpunished child abuse as the root cause of the crimes they are investigating.

Dogma 95 had a lot of that as well.
