Berlin and the "Ringautobahn" can be really dangerous because these dumb asses can buy our tanks cars.
They just can't drive them. I always take wide detours around Berlin, if i'm even ever heading into this direction.
Most of these guys take their own drugs, namely the amphetamines, they are selling for a living.
