Was there an earthquake? I ask because the photo of it in Wiki looks normal. But I like surrealism.

The first picture on Wiki is the front of the building. If you go on Google Maps you can see that it's built right on the edge of a cliff.

Oh, I see. Interesting. This reminds me of an Americaan architect who designed a stadium in Manchecter, England, a building in Madrid, and I think a new part if the Gugenheim Museum. I cannot remember his name but al his buildings are most unusual. Thanks
