Hey, UA, isn't that illegal?! I used to have a connection for pure corn liquor, or white-lightning as some call it, made by good ol' boys deep in the woods. It looked like vodka but was so smooth you wouldn't want to add any mixer, ever.

Is THIS all I need? Plus maybe the electric heater thingy? And 8-gallons refers to the amount of mash, right? How much liquor does it yield? Even four gallons would be dangerous for me to have close at hand.

the brewhaus eight gallon kettle with a mile-hi traditional pot still head is such a sweet combo, i can run it on the kitchen gas stovetop and noone is the wiser.

if the mash is done right, distilling can be as simple as making coffee. i started out with a small air still, all i have to do is press a button to start it and press the same button to stop it, to make my 'cut'.

I must look into this and the Tee-totaling accountant who sleeps beside me will be delighted.

Hawthorne tea is good. You'd be surprised all the kinds of teas you could make from just the weeds and trees of your backyard.
