Terrible. Cultural problems and parenting problems. Kids aren't growing up in a good home with supportive parents. Germany should focus on it's own people rather than catering to illegals and migrants.

How does one exclude the other?
Also, the kids are being diagnosed with mental illness because they have a good medical system. Poor countries have mentally ill children too but they don't get diagnosed.
