Right. But here's data showing how bad it is and you don't see it so often. I could forgive maybe underperforming by a few percent, but these kids are screwed for life. Because their schools are bad.

The schools are bad because the state is bad. Decent future oriented parents would never let their children be exposed to the institutions of that shithole.

Difficulty: parents that don't care and/or don't know any better, surrounded by a culture where intelligence and education are not valued

And why is that your problem? If they degrade to sub-Saharan African conditions then they shall live like sub-Saharan Africans. So be it.

Even they need some basic mathematics. I'd charge $300 per hour. For the hassles of working and living in California, I possibly should charge even more.
