The number presented in red is the forecaster 2025 figure.

IIRC this was published in 2017.

For whatever reason, this info is an open secret that is sometimes discussed in various circles.

Is there a guide on how to read this website? Are the red numbers the new total or the number that the total is decreasing by? It also seems like a WW3 scenario happening with the majority of the UN, Russia, China, US all taking massive losses. I also read that this website posts doomsday type forecasts often.

The forecasted figures for the US are in red.

Forecasted down = red.

Up = green.

Exactly. It's been available for years, and most have been scratching their heads as to why.

I suspect that this may be a World Bank open secret.

Their own documents suggest that they are planning on having this all taken care of by March 31, 2025.

It's also interesting that "The World Bank" is identifying itself as "INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION" on this document, or maybe this is the operational arm. IDK.

Now they're the bank of "reconstruction and development"??? Reconstruction from WHAT???

I am not looking forward to the upcoming reconstruction years.
