I'm okay with it, it's gonna help reduce the spread of disease for under a buck.

I have seen addicts reuse needles and those are dirt cheap. If you can afford $80 for dope, you can afford $20 for 100 clean needles. But these idiots don't. It'll cost a lot more to have to treat their diseases than give em clean gear.
