I don't know what any of that stuff is. I'm guessing cart is short for cartridge. What's the difference between a vape and an e-cig? No liquid in an e-cig?

A cartridge is only the bit that sits on the battery that holds the drugs, they're cheaper alone since you aren't buying extra hardware. This one has THC-O acetate, a psychoactive cannabinoid that's federally legal thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill. Also since you can't tell the legal from the illegal stuff without a pricey lab test, weed is kinda de facto legal everywhere. Cause it's not just carts, there's legal flowers too.

An e-cigg is just a vape for nicotine, usually resembling a cigarette (cigalike).

I used to love carts until I realized how easy it is to create dupes. Not worth the risk for me anymore. It sounds like this guy is a friend, though - enjoy:)
