See 0:49 sec into the video, for the impatient. There were 2 of them. They sat in the first or second row and this is likely the last video proof it happened, that you will find left on the Internet. This video seems to miss almost all of it, but makes it clear this happened.

The 2016 Presidential election's electoral count was inundated with a, now-debunked, big-lie of being a fraudulent election. The loosing party loudly called the election a fraud, attempted to overturn the election in many ways, and called for protesters and, in some instances, overtly called for violence.

While the whole nation was dotted with extremely violent riots and Washington DC was a war zone where police were pelted with bricks, buildings were looted, cars and buildings were burned, and the White House fence was breached.

The electoral count held on January 6, 2017 was disrupted by 11 Democratic House members attempting to overturn the election by objecting to electors. They did not do so with the proper legally required steps and were all denied by the electoral count oversee-er, Vice President Joe Biden. Biden yelled over and over, "There is no debate!", as all of us who watched live laughed hysterically.

There was great concern about the legal handling of electors, due to a huge campaign, including many celebrities and facilitated by the loosing political party, calling for over throwing the election through manipulation of the electors, using the Hamilton Electors trick, but largely failing due to the Supreme Court's upholding of some states' laws preventing. {1} - {2} - {3} - {4}

Another reason for the electoral count being delayed was the insurrectionist/protesters, who protested against completing the election proceedings, from inside the Capitol Building, in the visitor's lounge where they were permitted, which was just outside the door where the count proceedings were happening. They yelled so loudly it disrupted the proceedings multiple times

Those of us who watched live, know how close this insurrection was. We remember the security incident where these protesters broke through the door, while the session was happening, trying to get in, but it was quickly and quietly resolved with no media wanting to admit that happened.

Between these protesters' security issues, their delays, and the delay from attempts to object to electors, the 2016 election's electoral count was delayed and completed the next day in a special session. This is where we see the Insurrectionists in this posts' video.
