I tried to get to the bottom of the Shawn Lucas death. The "official" cause of death is fentanyl, cyclobenzaprine (muscle relaxant), and mitragynine (kratom). But the only source of this autopsy information seems to be heavy.com who somehow got talked D.C. out of it. Because of D.C. privacy laws, the autopsy is only released to family members.

So his inclusion on this list is sounding pretty unconfirmed to me.

on a semi related note, someone on reddit said that maybe the rape drug rohypnol was used for the doorknob hangings. it puts you in a coma-like state (webmd and other source) and then it's easy to be suffocated
