I mean actually using Gemini at gemini.google.com so you can have a natural language discussion with it like you can with ChatGPT. Gemini works much better on obscure info and can perform google searches server side to supplement its responses with up to date info.

Technically, the picture wasn't moving--not a gif file or anything like that. Maybe it was just my assumption it was moving--but at any rate, that was the impression it left me with. It's possible there was a trail behind it or something like that, but it's been too long for me to say.

Gemini and to a lesser extent ChatGPT are pretty good at this kind of thing; while they probably won't find the image directly, just keep giving them info and clarifying what you remember and they might give you a good lead or even find the title of the set of fantasy pictures that it's part of.

This reminds me of Gabriel Madison, founder of Hartford Kentucky. He was mostly forgotten by the sands of time, despite receiving favorable treatment from the government for their founding of Hartford.

Many cities were formed by and/or for corruption. Whether it be jockeying for the new state university, or even just a post office or favourable river landing, the tales of those towns and cities are often told by those who knew how to accumulate and wield power.
