Now:

1) If you get an oldskool microwave with an eggtimer (not the ones you gotta push too many buttons to even get it to run) that is constantly connected to electricity. AND

2) a finer drill like one of these : https://cordlessdrillzone.com/ ... (: Real Pros only use https://www.hilti.de/) AND

3) Learn to remember the mainboard design of every PC you use at this location : They can't even dream of getting your data and programs before breaking through your hopefully reinforced doors.

But you gotta be fit and fast in your reactions. This usually follows from a high intellect or high physical speed, which you hopefully both trained.

Cameras are always giving you a timely tactical advantage when they try to get you on your ground. If you know how to use them.

Encryption also is a nice thing to have, but since there is no perfect https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forward_secrecy ,
